David Roy Newby - CEO
David has published 3 books, has shared the stage with Robert Kiyosaki and the Rockefeller’s, and has spoken to 132 billionaires so far. A lifelong wisdom seeker, David is good at vision casting, putting together world-class teams, and finding innovative ways to add value to the marketplace at scale. David’s 2nd published book is about the gold industry and was published in multiple countries, and he has worked in gold & tokenomics since 2011, paying his staff and vendors using Bitcoin, Tether (digital dollars), and digital gold since 2016.
Dr. Tshibangu Mukumbay - Mining Director
A congolese visionary, dynamic mentor, and progressive advocate, “Tshims” has left an indelible mark on the global stage. Born in Kinshasa, Congo DR, his journey has been one of resilience and impact. Tshims has 30 years’ experience in mining, once running a 200+ person mine in DRC (Congo). Tshims also has extensive experience working with multiple African governments, including Department of Mining directors, and will help GPC work with multiple governments to buy gold mines globally at scale.
Mike Zimits - Institutional Finance
Mike has 35+ years of Wall Street experience, including working as the global head of Institutional Operations at one of the world’s fastest growing crypto start-ups, BlockFi. A financial innovator, Mike has helped developed key technologies for the crypto space. He’ll help GPC in all areas of institutional finance, from exchange listing, to managing token liquidity, to working with traditional finance markets and governments.
Karl Schlegel - Strategic Partnerships
Karl will use his vast network developed for 15+ years on Wall Street to screen/onboard new vendors as strategic partners for GPC, and ensure that GPC & our partners maximize marketplace value together. Karl is also very innovative technically having helped develop a patented technology recently, and will help GPC by combining multiple technologies for securities-compliant tokenomics.
RJ Roberts - Branding Director
RJ works with multiple celebrity clients like Mr. Beast, Scooter Braun, and Travis Scott, having already put together promotions that did $1B+ in sales within 1 year of launch. RJ will help promote GPC to retail buyers, ensuring GPC’s brand messaging is consistent across all platforms, clearly and simply shows how GPC improves users’ lives, and help GPC best use associations with values-aligned celebrities.
John James - Payment Processing
We will use John’s payment network infrastructure to allow GPC holders to spend their GPC tokens using debit cards, with our own payment network rails like MasterCard and Visa have. This will allow us to benefit GPC token holders daily, giving them the opportunity to easily spend GPC at vendors worldwide.
Scott Richards - Government Relations
Scott advised the SEC on crypto regulation for 6 years, and regularly consults with governments worldwide. Scott will help GPC stay in regulatory compliance globally, and manage GPC government relations.
Peter Donovan - Security Director
Being ex-special forces, Peter will help us screen all potential investors, vendors, and employees to avoid corporate espionage, employee theft. Further, Peter and his team will help ensure the safety of GPC team’s communications, technology stack (software and hardware), and physical safety.
